Wyoming Chocolatiers

I love Chocolate, especially dark chocolate.  Chocolate covered caramels. Sea salt chocolate. Chocolate truffles. I don’t like nuts in my chocolate, because I’m allergic to nuts. It’s the indulgent time of year for me, when calories don’t count, not that I count calories anyway. Thanksgiving through New Year’s, I cook, bake, eat and enjoy. It’s kind of contradictory with the opening day of downhill ski season, which was my other blog post choice to write about today.
